Interpersonal and intrapersonal repair at the root level takes time and commitment. This meeting serves as a launching point for your healing journey—so bear in mind that one session does not equate to full resolution. The primary outcomes for a first session are to develop greater clarity around your present needs and challenges, and to assess the roadmap for achieving long-term outcomes. Preliminary strategies aligned with your intentions will be presented, based on my findings and your capacity to implement steps for change.
Our Session May Explore:
⬥ Gathering a baseline of your current standing across all areas of life: Relational, Social, Physical & Mental Health, Finances, Career & Purpose, Fun & Leisure, and Spirituality.
⬥ Identifying current challenges.
⬥ Developing a timeline of significant events in your life.
⬥ Learning subconscious reprogramming for self-defeating behaviours.
⬥ Practicing emotional regulation and presence.
⬥ Strategizing to support the needs of a highly sensitive nervous system.
⬥ Learning healthy self-soothing strategies to replace self-numbing behaviours.
⬥ Realizing personal worth through identifying values and empowerment.
⬥ Exploring your Attachment Style and how best to relate with others.
⬥ Practicing peaceful and cooperative communication.
⬥ Engaging in Parts Work to foster internal balance and heal core wounds.
⬥ Employing energy medicine practices to free emotional blocks.
⬥ Using remote muscle testing where applicable.

When you book this session you will then receive an e-mail with a questionnaire for you to complete. Please e-mail the completed questionnaire back to me with ample time before we have our first session together. This is very important to make appropriate preparations and provide you with a more productive coaching session.

On average, 10 to 12 sessions (or weekly sessions over roughly three months) form a typical long-term plan for implementing strategies that rewire challenging subconscious behaviours. Below is a framework for the subject areas we would cover over several weeks. Please note that this is a rough outline, and depending on your unique situation, some topics will receive more time and attention than others, or be omitted entirely.

Your relationship with food is driven by your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and past experiences. Our time together will engage with dialogue to discover the wisdom your body and food challenges are offering as lessons to learn from. Our exploration will focus on shifting states of shame, blame, guilt and negative self talk, into fostering self-compassion and personal empowerment. We will also examine the relationship with your current food choices while exploring what changes are best suited to your unique physiology and health goals.
The intention is to help you walk away having integrated some of the insights we uncover, to bring about transformation and conscious personal ownership on how you approach your food and body challenges.

If some of these topics have crossed your mind, you feel confused or unsure of how to shop smart for food, or want to learn how to prepare whole food, plant-based meals, then use this package to get 4+ hours of hands-on training, to learn everything you need to embark on or elevate your dietary lifestyle.
During our time together we will go over the following:
- Screen your kitchen tools and cookware, and identify what you may be missing to consider investing in (a high quality pot, steam basket, baking tray, cutting board, proper cutting knives, etc).
- Make a trip to the grocery store to pick up ingredients for preparing a meal, and stocking supplies for future meals.
- Prepare a meal in your kitchen using purchased ingredients.
- During shopping and meal preparation you will learn about problem foods to avoid; healthful foods to include more of in your diet; eating habits that may be helpful to you; how to use spices and herbs in place of artificial ingredients and seasonings; learn about the various groups of foods in the vegetable kingdom and how to choose ingredients to create a complete and satisfying meal.
- Learn strategies for creating and storing extra meals to last you several days, so as to minimize your time spent on cooking.
- You will have an opportunity to ask any questions you have, and you will be suggested resources and ideas to support you in creating new meals in the future.
* All lessons focus on plant-based eating so no instruction will be provided on using animal foods.
* A nominal $10 gas fee will be applied if not using your own vehicle to go shopping for supplies.
* There will be some flexibility in time spent together relative to the goals we identify to achieve; if achieving all goals will extend well beyond 4 hours, you can decide what to prioritize, or we can extend our session at a rate of $50 per additional hour.
